The Academy
The Bols Bartending Academy offers courses at all levels of expertise and price, starting with the half-day Cocktail Crash Course and finishing with eh prestigious HBI-accredited zero-to-hero Level I International Bartending, which will prepare you for a job as a junior bartender in any decent bar, anywhere in the world. The Bar Management course prepares students for a career in management, focussing on the key areas of marketing, personnel, finances and operations.
The BBA has a large emphasis on real-world skills, what you need from Day 1 to survive and flourish behind a bar; speed and efficiency, hygiene and accuracy. The unique facilities of the BBA mean every student has their own bar, meaning students learn much, much faster than in a classroom setting.
