Course Participant: A person who has been admitted to a course of the BBA. |

Range of application of the General Terms |

| 2.1 |
These terms are applicable to all courses provided by the BBA. |
| 2.2 |
By submitting the application form, the Course Applicant agrees to the applicability of these General Terms. |

Application |

Application for one or more courses can be made by filling in completely the on-line BBA application form. The BBA will confirm the receipt of the application in by e-mail to the e-mail address of the Course Applicant.

Placement |

| 4.1 |
If the number of applications received by the BBA for a particular course exceeds the maximal number of participants, selection is made on a first-come, first-served basis. |

A Course Applicant who is not selected will be notified by e-mail. |
| 4.3 |
A Course Applicant who has made a booking and has been admitted will receive a confirmation of his or her booking by e-mail, accompanied by an invitation to pay the course fee. |
