Our entire portfolio of training programs and the trainers themselves are accredited by the Horeca Branche Instituut (HBI), which is responsible for all catering-trades courses in the Netherlands. Furthermore all our training courses are developed with input from all over the world, incorporating the latest trends and development along with the fundamentals of the business.

It's important to be friendly and wlecoming in the bar business, but it's equally important to make the drinks quickly, correctly, accurately and hygienically. The Bols Bartending Academy is the largest of it's kind in Europe, and the most advanced in the world, featering 12 full-equipped bar stations. Each time a trainer explains a concept or demonstrates a drink, the students can return to their bars and make it themselves, wich makes learning much easier.
