From the Trainers:

“With the excellent facilities of the BBA, students can quickly learn how things are done in a modern professional bar. For example: within 40 minutes the whole class consisting of 12 persons could do a pouring test and achieve a minimum score of 90% with both left and right hand. Something that normally takes 1 or 2 hours in a one-to-one training situation. Each student could also make a round of drinks comprised of 2 cocktails and 4 “ordinary” drinks at the end of the 4th day within 2.5 to 3 minutes, including cleaning and tidying away all equipment used. That implies at least 120 drinks per hour, 33% more than the average “fast” bartender with 90 drinks per hour! The BBA is really pioneering.”
